Around The Nest October 30, 2026

Thursday, November 5, is Neon Day!

We're turning up the brightness for our LAST PEP RALLY OF THE YEAR!

Break out your brightest colors, boldest outfits, and most eye-catching neon gear as we light up Valley View for one final pep rally!

Let's fill the stands with Eagle Pride and make this final pep rally one to remember!

Do you know a Valley View ISD staff member who always goes the extra mile to make a difference?

We are now accepting nominations for the Eagles Above and Beyond Staff Award! This award recognizes campus employees who go above and beyond through their work at school, volunteer efforts, or contributions to our community.

Students, parents, staff, and community members are all encouraged to participate!

Submit a written nomination explaining why the staff member deserves recognition. Be sure to include specific examples of how they have gone above and beyond.

Award recipients will be recognized at a districtwide staff event, and their names will be displayed at the Central Administration Building.

Help us celebrate the incredible people who make Valley View ISD a special place to learn, work, and grow!
