Program Details:

• Dates: May 26 – July 31
• Closed: July 6 – July 10
• Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Location: Valley View Elementary Cafeteria

Convenient Services:

• North Gate Pickup: Say goodbye to long waits! Call or text Brittnie, and we'll bring your child(ren) straight to you.
• Cost:
  • $682 for the first child
  • $616 for the second child
  • $528 for the third child
• Payment Dates:
  • First Payment: May 26
  • Second Payment: July 13
• Ages Accepted: Completed Pre-K through 6th grade
• Cost Includes: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Snacks, and Field Trips
• Parent Pickup: Pick up your child at the gate just North of the Elementary Cafeteria. Remember to call or text Brittnie at 214-708-9900.
• Late Pick-Up Fee: $1 per child per minute (due upon arrival)
• Registration form due by Thursday, May 14

Parent/Guardian Guidelines:

Ensure your child is prepared for a fantastic summer experience with the following essentials:

• Water Bottle: A must-have every day. Hydration is key!
• Large Beach Towel or Comforter: Essential for quiet time. Take it home weekly for laundering.
• Field Trips: Occur on Thursdays. Keep an eye on the front door for weekly trip destinations.
• Pool Field Trips: Bring swimwear, sunscreen, and a towel for splashing fun.
• Show-n-Tell Fridays: Encourage your child to bring something exciting to share (no live or stuffed animals, please).
• Electronic Day Fridays: Let your child bring one electronic game, tablet, or favorite toy from home. (Stuffed animals, TikTok, messaging, or YouTube are not permitted.)
