2026-2027 Federal Program Planning Notice
Valley View ISD is currently planning for the 2026-2027 ESSA Consolidated Federal Application for the following programs:
- Title I, Part A – Improving Basic Programs
- Title I, Part C – Education of Migratory Children
- Title II, Part A – Supporting Effective Instruction
- Title III, Part A – English Language Acquisition
- Title IV, Part A – Student Support and Academic Enrichment
Input from Eligible Private Nonprofit Schools and Homeschools
Private nonprofit schools and homeschools with nonprofit status that serve students residing within Valley View ISD boundaries are invited to participate in the planning process and provide input regarding services for eligible students.

Parent Learning Series — Parent & Family Engagement
Valley View ISD is excited to share a valuable resource for our parents: the Parent Learning portal from the Texas Parents for Education (PFE) initiative. This platform provides a variety of free online courses designed to help parents engage more actively in their child's education. The courses cover topics ranging from understanding school systems and student success strategies to supporting learning at home.
