Mr. Womack joins Valley View ISD from Richland Springs ISD, where he served as superintendent. He brings 20 years of experience in public education, including 14 years in administrative leadership. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Tarleton State University and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Educational Leadership, with an expected completion date in spring 2026. Mr. Womack also serves on the Professional Leadership Executive Committee for the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA).

Mr. Womack believes in servant leadership, high instructional expectations, and building strong relationships with students, staff, and the community. He is committed to fostering a culture of trust, excellence, and opportunity for all students. He and his wife, Mindy, have been married for 19 years and are excited to join Eagle Nation with their two sons, Connor and Hunter.
