Valley View ISD launched the new VISTA Hybrid Learning Academy, a forward-thinking online and in-person campus designed to give students more flexibility and more opportunities to succeed. Open to students in grades 9–12, VISTA allows students to learn at their own pace in a structure that fits their schedule, while still staying connected to campus through athletics, fine arts, and career programs.
This innovative model blends virtual coursework with on-campus experiences, helping students build skills that prepare them for college and the modern workforce. The program is open to both in-district and approved out-of-district students, with a selective application process and a limited number of seats available.
Families are invited to attend the VISTA Hybrid Learning Academy Parent Meeting on Thursday at 5:30 PM in the High School Gym, where district leaders will share a full overview of the program, expectations, and the application and selection process. This is a great opportunity to learn how VISTA is creating new pathways for students across Valley View ISD and beyond.
