Around the Nest: April 6 - April 11

What an amazing day at the Academic District UIL meet in Ponder on March 27! Our 36 students competed across 13 events and delivered outstanding results — teamwork, grit, and academic excellence everywhere you looked.

Science: Lance Hieb — 2nd place overall and advancing to Regionals!

Science Team — 2nd place (alternate to Regionals)

Biology — Cesar Delval (alternate to Regionals)

Chemistry — Lance Hieb; Physics — Michael Caylor

Social Studies: Cesar Delval — 2nd place overall and heading to Regionals!

Ready Writing: Kylee Sherman — 4th place (alternate for Regionals)

Editorial Writing: Abby Noles — 5th place (alternate for Regionals)

Valley View ISD is excited to offer our Summer Enrichment Program for VVISD students, running May 26 through July 31 (closed July 6–10).

The program is open to Pre-K through 6th grade and includes meals, snacks, and fun field trips, all in a safe and engaging environment.
