Student Athletes & Parents
Attention to all student athletes and parents:
Any student interested in competing in athletics will need to complete an updated physical form by the 1st day of two-a-day practices for the high school student athletes, Two-a-day practices for all incoming 9th through 12th grade athletes participating in Volleyball and Football will start on August 2nd, 2011.
Middle School student athletes will need to complete an updated physical before the 1st day of school. They will also have to have a signed steroid agreement form. Both of these forms can be found on the school website to be downloaded or can be picked up from the Athletic Department offices Monday through Thursday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.

New Athletic Physical Forms
All Valley View ISD athletes must complete the NEW PHYSICAL FORM and STEROID AGREEMENT FORM in order to participate in athletics for the 2010-2011 school year.
