Summer Strength and Conditioning


Details: All incoming 7th – 12th grade Valley View Athletes are expected to attend. There is no financial charge for this camp.


Camp Days: Monday to Thursday each week unless specified that it is an “Off Week”

Time Overview: 7 or 8 AM to 10:45 AM.

 Male athletes
▪ Athletes that plan on playing football in 2023 will report to the stadium by 6:45 AM to begin at 7:00 to 7:45 AM. We will have a break before weights.
▪ Non-Football athletes report to the weight room at 8:00 AM
▪ 8 to 9 AM weight room
▪ 9 to 10 AM speed and agility development (if we finish early we will move on to skills development and finish between 10:15 and 10:30) 
▪ 10 to 10:45 AM basketball Monday/Wednesday & baseball skills Tuesday/Thursday

(if you don’t play the sport we are working on you are free to leave after the speed workout.)

 Female athletes
▪ 8 to 9 AM meet at the track for speed and agility development
▪ 9 to 10 AM weight room for strength development
▪ 10 to 10:45 sport skills development

• Week 1 & 2 basketball (If you don’t play softball Monday/Tuesday softball and Wednesday/Thursday volleyball)
• Week 3 & 4 softball (If you don’t play softball Monday/Tuesday basketball and Wednesday/Thursday volleyball)
• Week 5 & 6 volleyball (If you don’t play softball Monday/Tuesday softball and Wednesday/Thursday basketball)



Weeks: Over the 10 weeks of summer, we will have 6 weeks with organized activities.

Week 6: July 17th to July 20th (No Monday and Tuesday for Male Athletes)
